W Law Represents Over 120 Investors of Epic Alliance Real Estate Inc.
Mike Russell and his W Law team are representing a group of over 120 investors in a failed real estate investment firm, Epic Alliance Real Estate Inc., and related companies and individuals.
On February 25, 2022, W Law successfully applied for an Order appointing Ernst & Young Inc. as an Inspector to investigate the affairs of the Epic Alliance group, and determine what happened to investors’ money. The Inspector is due to file its report on the investigation with the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan in the latter part of April 2022.
Meanwhile, Michelle Tobin and her W Law team have been assisting investors who held interests in real property in connection with Epic Alliance Real Estate Inc. to enforce their mortgage security and regain access those properties.
